If you watch Japanese movies, I recommend movies directed by Kurosawa Akira. He is the greatest movie director in Japan and one of the greatest in the world. His movies are loved around the world. I recomend all his movie to men, especially "Seven Samurai (七人の侍)". This is his most famous and popular movies. I also recommend his movie" Ikiru (生きる)"to women. This movie is very moving. Though these two movies and some of his other movies are old and filmed in black-and-white, but they are still int

Story About My Painting - In Front of the Door (Shoeless Story In Yemen)

I had told this story somewhere else, but still it is my favourite story ever told to people. 2346414882?profile=originalOnce, I was spending my break in Old Sana’a, Yemen, where I came across with some events. I stayed in a tower house in a place called Az Zumar, which is really old. Some says it has already being 400 years.

There is a street in front of the house which not bigger than an alley. There is where I always saw a kid waiting for me to come

Trespassing to Russia.

There's a road in Estonia that pass through of Russian territory. The territory it pass, is called saatse boot. Because the border's line reminds the shape of a boot in map... Saatse is probably the name of place, but I don't know for sure.

No one knows exactly, why that boot is drawn to there. But it is. And there is a gravel road from Estonian side that pass through of that boot. There is a agreement between Estonia and Russia that local cars are allowed to freely pass through in there, but the

Follow me!

Follow me!

Hey, don't laugh! I'm not gonna ask you to follow me! ;) Actually, today I would like to introduce EC members to follow me! ;)

Actually, Follow me was a series of television programs produced by the BBC in the late 1970s as a crash course in the English language. It was popular in many overseas countries as a first introduction to English. Some of you might be already familiar with it. But the ones, who aren't familiar with it, would find this introduction very useful I believe.

What I have learned ...

After nine months of teaching every year ,and when my vacation starts,I always ask myself these questions:

What I have learned this year  and what this job has  added to my personality .

What  I  have to do more to motivate my students: to make them first like the language, and try to improve  in all its skills .

Every year I can notice two kinds of students :

Those who want just to pass the exam, and others who want to make along term progress .that means teachers should be familiar with the

NO one could help me even though I surfed the net, but finally I find it by my own. So what I'm doing right now is share my experience with other fellow(Afghans) who are in need of this kind of help, and practicing English of course.

Here is what you have to do;

First of all you have to activate your internet on your iPhone,  “write

Writing Challenge #28: Book Love

Title : The Picture of Dorian Gray
Author : Oscar Wilde
Genre : Gothic Fiction

2346399113?profile=original

When and where I read this book : I read this book in 2011 after I watched Dorian gray ( 2009 film ). I was in a book store and looking for an interesting English book . I saw " The picture of Dorian Gray " , I thought that it was be easy for me to understand the story because I already watched the film . I Dreamt of Desert Rose

2346411338?profile=originalStory About My Painting - I Dreamt of Desert Rose

Have you ever think of writing down what was in your dream last night? Earlier, I used to forgot them, until some days, I thought I came across with something I saw in my dream. Since then, I always tried to write what I saw. Sometimes I will paint or just draw.

Write or draw, on canvas or on a paper. As long as I won’t get it shattered away without keeping a memory. Hoping someday I will see it again in awaken world. Surreal, yet enlightening.

New comers naturally may opt to their language , when that happens , we the regular members should correct  them and not  jabber in chatter be it Polish , Arabic  Tamil or  what ever! The reason so people will not get  distracted  or compete   tit  for tat "He spoke in  Russian  so I will speak in Polish !" Results in pandemonium  and confusion !thebox1.gif

YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE UNTIL YOU LOSE IT

2346411337?profile=originalThis happens in real life, parents neglecting their children or husbands ignoring their wives. They are busy amusing themselves with things they rarely get, or spending too much time chasing what they haven't possessed. But the most frequent thing happened to people is they don't pay enough attention to their health until their bodies suffer from sickness particularly diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure 2346411491?profile=originaland stomach disorder. My House

I'm planning on moving house (that isn't a literal translation by the way, it means I do the moving - not the house).

I have a nice house, but it's far too big for me and not situated anywhere near to my friends or family. Lots of people have asked me what a house in England looks like.

I thought I would show you my house, but I would really love to see the inside and outside of yours.
