I am trying to learn English.I am trying to be fluent in English. I am trying to communicate with others easily. I am trying to write Correct English sentence. But doing these I am facing a lot of problems:

-I am living in non-English environment.So I can't apply what I am learning everyday.

-In my office I can't use English.

-I don't have scope to communicate with others in English because people with whom I work and meet everyday they are not English speaking people.

I've been learning English for more than 10 years and I've been teaching it for 3 years more or less. I have to say that this is a process, thus, it takes time and a lot of effort.
