I believe we can not order love. It's a matter of feelings and of chemistry. Only time can help you to understand if you love the right person or not and if he/she has the same feeling towards you.

If the girl has fallen in love and she doesn't know of the boy's feelings, the best way to make sure is to talk or write to him. Love is so beautiful! It's worth trying! Even if he doesn't know anything, tell him about your feelings. Congratulate you!
I think the best way for the man to deal with this situation is to write to that girl and tell her his feelings and that this is a onetime opportunity that is worth trying. If the girl is confused, she must be given some time to make up her mind and must be allowed to choose on her own. The man must be patient and give her some time. Some romantic letters and simple gifts are really helpful!
