Voice blog #2: Exercise

Hi everyone! Today I am going to talk about exercise. Do you try to do anything to stay in shape? Like for example, do you go jogging or cycling, do yoga or belong to a gym? Before I did yoga, but now I practice aerobics. The best time for me to exercise is in the evening because I can’t get up very early in the morning.

The aerobics I has been practicing at home is composed by a Korean mother of two kids. She was originally an interior designer. After she got married, her weight was from 48 kilograms up to 68 kilograms. However, her weight reverted to less than 50 kilograms after she consulted the doctor and trainer through a series of training for three months. After that, she made this dance for keeping her figure in good shape. Each section of the aerobics has 30 minutes and the movements are easy to follow. I bought her CDs home and have been practicing those for eight months. I found it truly useful and working as it has helped me to lost 4 kilograms so far. In the beginning, I made many excuses not to exercise, but later, I wrote my target of ideal weight on my monitor to remind myself anytime, and finally I have it become part of my habits. I think no matter which method we may take for staying healthy, the key point is to follow through on it. Would you like to exercise right now? Try it by playing one of her films below. Happy exercising! Bye!

Help me!!  I couldn't stop my laughing while seeing his/her tantalizing pictures. But, I am sure he/she would be an excellent coach. haa..

Interesting!! TAEBO is new for me. It probably has helped you a lot. I just googled it and found it quite rhythmic. No sweat no good waistline.. LOL.. I can see my target will be soon around the corner if I can do it, too. :)  One saying is " there is no ugly women, only lazy women."  I'm glad to have your recommend and dropping by. Thanks a lot. :D

I did follow that fitness video dancing last night and sweated a lot even some of steps I couldn't follow correctly, but I quite enjoyed. haa..

That's great you also practice aerobics. Only people keep doing it would know it's really working and forges muscles as well.

Hi sis, is it really working for you? I can't wait to try your recommend tonight. Thank you a lot!

Is badminton popular in H.K? Why is it too hard for your age? I think when we play sports just for fun or fitness rather than for contest, taking it easy to play would bring us a enjoyable mood. I'm glad to have your comment again. Thank you. :D
