Nothing I must do
Nowhere I should be
No one in my life
To answer to but me
No more candlelight
No more purple skies
No one to be near
As my heart slowly dies
If I could hold you one more time
like in the days when you where mine
I'd look at you 'till I was blind
So you would stay
I'd say a prayer each time you'd smile
Cradle the moments like a child
I'd stop the world if only I
Could hold you one more time
(hmmmmmm)
I've memorized your face
I know your touch by heart

No no don't worry I'm not going to pull out your teeth. I know, that sound awful. Yesterday, accidentally I saw a horrible article on the internet (Daily mail) about the female dentists who pulled out all her ex-boyfriend’s teeth (he dumped her for another woman). When he came at her surgery with toothache just days after breaking up with her, she gave him a heavy dose of anaesthetic and plucked his teeth out. Now that dentist is facing jail. After that incident, unfortunately his new girl frie
I went to Mosburger for a cup of coffee yesterday. When the clerk gave me the coffee, I tried to look into her eyes and said "thank you" to her sincerely. Surprisingly, I suddenly realized I never REALLY thank anyone who serviced me before. I do little for the whole world, but I count on others so much to survive on Earth.
Discussing English weather in England is almost a pastime. It is a discussion that many people have and sometimes many times a day. It's a subject close to everyone's heart.
You can talk about the weather whilst waiting for a bus or train with fellow travellers, with the shop keeper, on the telephone with anyone at all. People on planes either going or returning from holiday will talk about the weather - what it will be like at their destination, how high the temperature will be, how they are goi

Do you have a mole (birthmark) on your face? :D :D Confused ?? Don't worry, just kidding. Do you know? With my birth,I got a little birthmark on my face, but I didn't worry about that until I grow up. One day , I saw an article which wrote about celebrities (stars) Some of them became stars because of their mole, and I noticed most of them have even one mole on their faces. At once, I remembered my birthmark which on my face so at that time, I thought, one day I would be a star because I have a

In my career I had good presentations, when I was praised for my oratorical skills, and...less good ones, when I was asked what happened with me. When I look back, I cannot say what determines a presentation to be good. Is it the fact that you have a good day? That you are self confident? That you are well prepared? In my opinion, you definitely need all of these, still... there are people who reach to make very good presentations without having all of the attributes above; they are good actor

I liked many aspects of Egypt, but not everything.
I was fortunate to travel around Egypt last year. The weather was still pleasant yet cooling down and I travelled by plane, train, mini-bus, coach, felucca and camel; I travelled alone but met and made many friends there.
I began my journey by flying to Sharm el Sheikh on the Red Sea, a beautiful, quiet bay called Nabq. September there was amazing. I spent two weeks in Cairo and a long time in Luxor, I journeyed to Abydos with a group of ex-pats
In the last couple of weeks I have used the chat room on a daily basis, generally it's a worthwhile thing to do helping people to understand English. Unfortunately, each time I've connected someone has challenged me regarding my name.
I know that the name Ali is the name used by many Muslim/Arabic men, but please accept that in some countries Ali is also a woman's name.
I wouldn't mind so much if someone asked me about my name and my response prompted them to be surprised, providing they were then

It was a good rhythm for my aunt’s song …Lool ….lool lovely son lool ..lool …..She was singing for her baby At mid night a famous traditional song . The baby became so calm as soon as he listened to mother’s song , and slept peacefully in her warm lap. I was older than her baby . P R O M I S E, Yeah these are only six letters. , but have you ever thought how powerful is this single word? I want to ask some questions from you. How many times did you say this sentence in your life”I promise you”? Maybe you told that more than 30 times for your parents, for your siblings, for your friends or for your beloved and perhaps sometimes you didn't care about what you said. However, do you know that you give so many hopes with your promise when you make a promise something
Hi everyone! Have you noted that what those white spots are on the mountain? Those are what we call tung blossoms (also known as paulownia flower). This beautiful sight is the second major highlight of the year for flower lovers in Taiwan after cherry blossom season. Thousands of visitors go to hill and forest in April and May to see the blossoms up close. My friends and I have no exception. We went to the neighboring areas and took numerous pictures of them the other day.

The title of the blog today is an English proverb. This link explains the word proverb.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy means that if we don't balance our day with work and play then we become dull. You must know someone who spends all their hours working, often they lose their sense of humour and don't appear to be relaxed or happy.
My days are always balanced with work and play, but I am very lucky because I enjoy my work so much some days it doesn't even seem like I am even working.

Dear MyEC Members,
Today I have a special request! We need a few volunteers to help out in the MyEC Video Gallery. As I mentioned a few months ago, the video gallery needs to be cleaned up! I truly believe that this space has great potential. Videos such as this one and this one can be very useful for practising English.
Nadiyah has done an excellent job with the MyEC Photo Gallery. Most photos on MyEC have appropriate titles. They often have descriptions and tags, too. Nadiyah comes up with int
Each morning I write a list of things I want to achieve in the day, it is called a "to do" list, simply because they are things I want to do.
Not everyone does it, but it helps me to stay focussed.
I sometimes also write a long term to do list. On this list I write long term objectives, this includes things that take much longer to achieve. An example of what I once wrote on the long term list was to visit Egypt. Of course, it is impossible to decide in the morning then accomplish something like
Story About My Painting - Deep In Borneo
Once in my life, I wanted to take a break of usual life and take a look at monkey pot...deep in the jungle in Borneo.
I saw a bed of monkey pot. It was the time when i was in Borneo Island. Joining a trail with some friends, to meet up with nomadic native, a tribe called Penan.
It was deep in the jungle in place called Long Seang, which rarely heard even to the locals. We were there to experience the other side of human life.
