The Siachen GlacierThe roots of the conflict over Siachen (the place of roses) lie in the non-demarcations on the western side on the map beyond NJ9842. The 1949 Karachi agreement and the 1972 Simla agreement presumed that it was not feasible for human habitation to survive north of NJ9842. Piror to 1984 neither India nor Pakistan had any permanent presence in the area.

• In spite of the severe climate, the word `Siachen` ironically means `the place of wi

I wanted to buy it but it was very expensive. The owner of the book shop was our neighbor so that I enhanced my relationships with his son by visiting him while he was wo

Dearest by Ayumi Hamasaki

It would be nice if we could put away and throw out
everything except what really mattered, but
reality is just cruel.

For that which gives me love, I will do what I can.

Back then, when we met,
it was all awkward.
We went the long way, didn't we?
We got hurt, didn't we?

Until the d

I’ve been a member of EC for almost two years and must admit that every time I sign in I anticipate to see, to read,  to find there something new, unusual and exciting. And what’s more pleasant I know that this new information, somebody’s new idea will cause the process of inspiration inside me. It gives some kind of 'explosion’ in my mind, opens new horizons, new directions of thinking and understanding. It’s such an exciting process! I simply feel some kind of revival when I read or see  somet
