Dear Esma! You see, it is not exactly the expiration date, that means a product should be used till this date because it may be spoiled later. "Sell by" means that stores are permitted to sell it till the date. It doesn't mean that the product is spoiled. Everything depends on a product. Anyway, that store violated some rules selling it after the mentioned date.
