We, Vietnamese, have been celebratory days (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2013). Because the celebration of this year falls on Tuesday and the sequential day is the Labor Day, therefore; we have an occasion that is much longer than usual. My children started to learn "how" when they were 3 months of age. When a young baby is taken under water they automatically climb up for the surface.
Perhaps it is when we become older and learn "fear" that we then decide we are not able to swim.

I was reading an interesting article just now, and I was laughing so hard that I think I have to share this with you guys.
This is about some spelling errors and poor use of English which can result in really big embarrassment and sound rude in some cases.
