Life is so busy now and we forget our health. We do not take care of it. We just care something like how to earn a lot of money, how to get a high score in diploma, how to take a good tour with our friend and something like that. Until one day our health says “I am not good”. Nothing we can do at that time when our health is not better. Life is unpredictable. At times it plays with us, exactly like it played with me today in the morning. I guess some of you know I have two kids (7 years old boy and 4 years old girl), so our mornings are usually pretty hectic.
