I had been depressed for a month before and after my period. It is so hard to increase my mood. Then I realize I am not alone. My mum and my best friend always cheer me up. I return to my regular routine: writing my blog here if there is wifi.
I don't expect comment but I would appreciate what would you do if you depressed and have no desire???

All people feel depressed some point in their lives but I think only strong people can enjoy life. So, try to be strong and think deeply until you convince yourself that your problem is a temporary problem and everything will be okay after sometime. whenever I feel depressed I order my favorite food and watch something or talk to my sister or friends.
