THE ORIGIN OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

What Is The Origin of English Language?

English language had its developmental origin in England in the 5th century AD, out of Anglo-Saxon or Old English, which was a language introduced there by the Angles, Saxons and Jutes --- three Germanic tribes which invaded Britain as at that time --- and gave England its name (meaning the land of the Angles).

Later, towards the end of the 6th century AD, some monks came to Britain as missionaries from Rome an

HOW TO BUILD YOUR VOCABULARY

The best users of English Language in the world (both in written and spoken form) are those who have worked hard to build an extensive personal vocabulary. That is why we often see some persons with only secondary school education speaking more eloquently or writing more prolifically than some university graduates. The late William Shakespeare of world fame, had only a formal education that is equivalent to Junior Secondary School Class III in our time, but

optimism

I am optimistic about the new year 2018. Looking at the different circumstances of the current year, 2017. Noticing that some conflicts are less in certain areas, like Syria, Yemen. Iraq war is over with the terrorist organization. The middle east in general. The south of our country, Sudan and other scattered areas of Africa. Things are taking new shapes. North Korea and The United States are performing that mutual yarn. It is just like playing hide and seek. Iran with some Gulf countries. The

One night, many years ago, when I was ill with flu and was turning from side to side unable to fall asleep.

I don't remember that night clearly, but I just know that I saw one unknown woman in my room. She touched my shoulder like my mom does, smiled and said sleep. And when I closed my eyes she disappeared.

On the next day I told about that to my mom and she was shoked. Because nobody entered to my room that night. Now I realize that probably it was hallucination or just a dream. But I am not exa

Life's in "Messa di voce"

Messa di voce is a musical technique that sung or played at a quiet volume, gradually and smoothly made louder until it reaches a high volume, then similarly made quiet again. (wikipedia)

When I was so active in singing activity, I liked this word "messa di voce" a lot. One day, I was observing the drizzle outside, but suddenly it was a heavy rain, in a minute, drizzling again. So, I said to my friends, "Hey, this rain plays messa di voce". They were all laughing. "Hahha...well, well, you can say

Jerusalem - The City of David

Jerusalem – The City of David

David, the son of Hebraic tribe of Canaan  conquered the city from the Jebusites and established it as the capital of the united kingdom of Israel, and his son, King Solomon, commissioned the building of the First Temple of Judaism in this region.

All this happened a long time before the Christians established their religion in the Kingdom of Judea. The Christians built their shrines to celebrate the crucifixion of Jesus.

Much later, Islam made Jerusalem a

Since 1948, Palestinians have been fighting for their right, fighting to unite, fighting for their destiny, even it was recondite, fighting to climb from the bottom to the height, to get out of the darkness into the light, despite! A decision has been taken with no insight, was taken by a bedlamite, a parasite! A day before the last night, to consider Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

On December 6, 2017, Donald Trump officially recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital and announced his intenti

!!! STOP Child Marriage !!!

Today I read an article about the child marriages in the countries such as Malawi and Mosambik, where the girls under the age of 18 are forced to marry men from the only one reason: parents don't have enough money to feed so many kids -> so logically one hungry kid out of the house can make their situation more bearable. To be honest I hardly can understand such behavior from my parental view and I keep on asking myself: How can parents do this? How can they throw own daughter to the lions??? Do

THUNDER

I wrote this blog sometime in 2014.

Last night it was raining.  The sky was getting illuminated intermittent lightening. Power was fluctuating, and finally, it was gone and I got dc (disconnected) from my friend on the net. I left the table with an inner gloom and went to the balcony. It was raining heavily with thunder. I let the downpour come upon my body just to try to wash off all the fatigue of the day. There was darkness outside, just the rays of a few emergency lights peeping through the

Sound of the four seasons in Japan

Japanese people hear characteristic sounds every season.

In spring, we hear the songs which birds sing in the early morning as if they are delighted at coming of spring. Most creatures seem to welcome the coming of spring.

In summer, we can hear the sound of cicadas chirping. They are very loud, but the sound from a distance have a good taste for me. A famous Japanese haiku poet wrote a poem , it's「閑けさや 岩に染み入る 蝉の声」. I think in English it can be translated as 「The calmness, it is merging into the r

CONFESSION

CONFESSION

There may be thousands of lovers, but rarely there is one who is set on the level of a beloved.  How nice it is to make you feel complete that there is someone in a corner of this earth who thinks about you, cares about you in his solitude.  Your memory spreads a sweet smile on his face.  I remember the day, I was a child, your dad brought me home after my parents died, I was alone, he adopted me as his son.  When I entered the house, I saw your face, smiling at me, looking at me in t
