Annie died last Thursday and her body just buried Saturday morning. Everybody in town was shocked to learn that somebody took her corpse out of the grave last Sunday. Her family visited the deceased teenager family member last Sunday morning when they have found her corpse out of the grave, naked, and her leg elevated.
The family and people living near the area suspected that Annie was raped by whoever took the dead body. The law enforcer was further investigating this because of there still no sufficient evidence to prove and support their suspicion.
In case it will be proven that the corpse was raped, malicious mischief is the possible case to file against the criminal(s) because the corpse is not a human anymore, it is only a thing or property own by someone.
This is a true story and I still have a turmoil feeling towards this issue, I feel frightened and angry at the same time.

Hello, Hermano! Technically speaking yes, actually it's quite logical as well because the real person in us is our soul. It's just like a banana, the peel is the body but the soul is what inside of us that made us move and giving us an identity. Though, to be honest, I'm expecting some respect for the body of a human, dead or alive.

:( Having sex with dead bodies is one of the darkest sides of human personality . We can't deny the existence of such behaviors , that oridinary or normal people abhore strongly but it is there . We are lucky that these cases are rare and is confronted by refusal from the societies . I remember reading a story of a lady who uses human limbs to make her witchcraft . There is one state I think Massachusetts that they prohibited having intercourse with an animal but a corpse is not included so technically speaking it's not illegal. It's really appalling to know that our loved ones or we will be treated like this, this act is so immoral and disgrace. The monster who can do this yes, of course, got some nails inside his brain and kinda itching to manifest in this horrible action.
Why not make it a challenge? The last will before we die? Haha

Luci, this is what they called "loopholes in the law" and actually, some part of USA considered having sex with a corpse is legal. You didn't notice what I put there---the case to be the file is not rape but Malicious Mischief as a dead body isn't considered HUMAN anymore but a thing--- this is not my point of view and you know I would also disagree. I read some articles a dead body is just a piece of meat...so sad.
Although, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! A person (I mean the monster) who did this deserves to be locked forever!!! Geeezzz
Snr, I'm just wondering, let's say it is a 5 days dead body, isn't it stone hard? I could hardly understand those bodies that just died a few hours ago even though the body is still soft and warm, (my mom used to tell me that story because they lived near a morgue/ funeral parlor) how much more a cold and stiffen body?
On the other hand, how can it be "rape" if there's no force involved?
I can't help it, I only see them as animals using the human body as a camouflage.
