avoiding vanity '' we '' is the word to be used instead .
we are as plants , If we will be a lone in desert then our feeling that we are the only living things in the life but if we are in the garden then we will never talk about ourselves as all around is living things .

The Empty Soap Box
One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soap box, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty.
