My dear friend Heaven asked a question on MYEC Forum about how we can have a topic for a chat. I realized this is asked by some other members as well. Hence, I thought it would be good if I tell you that there is a group called, MyEC Topic Chat, specifically designed for having a topic while chatting. Lately I have asked myself a question.. Is it worth to spend time with someone who keeps make You sad and not willing to change anything about it!? Who say that they love you but it remains only in words, no actions. Someone who have serious issues with drinking but they never want to admit their issue. There is nothing but excuses...

One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soap box, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty.

It happened a long long long time ago when I was a second grader. My mom's close friend came to our house and she took me to her house after talking to my mom. Mom just let me go with that lady.
