The Empty Soap Box

One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soap box, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty.

Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soap box went through the assembly line empty.

It's a really nice day with glorious sunny and gentle wind. Sometimes, i think i was too pride, i dare not to accept his
invitation and pretend that i not care about his thing.

However, i hurt my heart so much now, i miss him, i found he is a honest person, it is good to be friend, but maybe i have no chance,,,,,, what shall i do ??

All the friends i trust are going to married now, nobody can become my listener, i feel being left alone here... So i have to choose the way and talking with stranger....

Writing in English is one of the most difficult challenges for me. It's not easy to write even put out what you're thinking, just like I'm doing. 

While writing this blog, I'm wondering whether write about what, and I realized that it'd better to talk about a specific topic. It needs a little bit preparation, oh, I need to know what I'm writing about, in case you don't know what should you write, wouldn't it better stop? :D
