Today we’ll be trying together a title and a related quotation to the photo in the bottom..

Think about it and try to help me out! 💪 It musn't be from the net! 🚫 It must be from your thoughts! 🤔 That's the idea of our challenge! Even if it's funny, it's okay!.. Do you best!😉

The best title and quotation will be added to the photo as a motivational poster as this one above and with your name!🏆

Blogging for a cause

Friends,

Blogging has some great powers..it can entertain, build knowledge and build friends. A thought just came `can we all think of blogging for a cause?

Many of us are busy in our own profession, at the same time many of us wish that things need to improve for people around us and we try to find opportunities where we can contribute. Blogging can help us a lot in (a) deciding issues to be taken up (b) trying to provide solutions through blogging. We cannot perhaps have any solution to financi

Exam Nerves

I have been an IESOL and IELTS examiner for over 2 years and invigilating up to 10 exams every week and often see terrible cases of exam nerves.  While some people do thrive on  a little pressure a small minority can not control the anxiety they feel on the day.  It is very important that you are ready to take the exam, very often I have candidates who are not at a level to take the exam.

I have seen candidates visibly shaking with nerves as they sit in front of me.  My reaction to this is to hav

It's hard to describe what it tastes like. The tree just bears fruit once a year. December is the time this fruit is ripe. I feel missing this fruit because I live far from where it is grown. It isn't available at any fruit stand or market.

This fruit is called wood apple. Locally, it is called 'kwut'.

Hello and nice to meet you all!

2346487344?profile=originalMy sweet friend Maggie is a lovely Lady from Switzerland. It was a great chance to meet her and I’m so glad! She is Swiss and a quarter Algerian as she said. She speaks many languages; English, German and others. She practices and teaches Judo, I discovered that during a discussion in Creative Minds group. Maggie is a friendly woman; she met me with her family, we talked to each other by Skype and shared many topics, but still I didn't hear her voice! Maggie, Have

No pain, No gain

This has been a title line on EC and I thought to use it for sharing. I work on career related issues and one of the most important orientations in career designing processes is ability to read `in between the lines` called as `reading for analysis`. Very few try to develop this ability and hence they miss many communications to be effective.

`Pain` can be projected as negative word, like hurting some one or `chest pain`..however, in the given phrase it has a positive connotation. It means `effor

Ha Nguyen,

She is one of some my first close friends in MyEC. She is Vietnamese. She lives in Vietnam like me but in different city. Her mother’s language is Vietnamese. And she is a diligent English learner even in MyEC or in real life. Her writing and communicating skills are good. I

Making Mistakes

Hello everyone.

Last month I decided to make a blog entry and i read all the responses I got. I was a bit too much concern about people saying that they make mistakes and they said that they want to avoid making them. I have reflected on that, and I have draw the conclusion that mistakes make part of the learning process and if you don't make any mistakes, you are probably not learning because you are not taking challenges or you're over thinking a lot about the rules.

First at all, I'd like to c

*A Feather*

Some times I wanna be that light white little feather blown

to the air,by a little child, from the bottom of his heart,….

As light as A feather….

as free as the wind…

as calm as the sky….

as shiny as little child’s heart…

as white as a holy soul…

as vast as the air…

as pure as faith….

Wind is HIS messanger; surely it will take me to

In one of the books on prayers I read about medical schools in US. In 1990, 3 out of 125 medical schools have courses where spirituality was addressed. The no went upto 90 in 2008 in which spiritual lessons were given to correlated spirituality and health. The findings are that the people who practice live longer than those who do not practice it. they have lower incidence of all major diseases.

I belong to India where spirituality is practiced from the word go. (more than 10 thousand years as pe

Language & personality

Language skills have close relationship with personality nurturing. More often we try to groom many other part than language to groom our personality. Our language can win over many. Its easy, less expensive and result oriented. We just have to select proper words, dialog and responses along with time sense. People understand our intentions from the language and its expression. Englishclub looks to be great site to share experience of improvement in language vs benefits derived in personal and p

Hello, dear readers!

I'd like to share one tale with you. I would appreciate your comments, ideas, corrections, addings.......

Alice in NO WONDERland

(one day from a little girl’s life)

It’s dull outside.  Raindrops are trying to pull me down from my sofa and carry to the far away world of dreams and imagination. My head becomes heavy and I don’t resist any more. I step onboard of the ship of my childhood. It is cradled slightly on the waves, which together with the wind take us to the unknown earth. And so I am back i

Blossoms' direction

Hello every one,

This is a fine way to reveal the inner soul's words withcomposing poems .To me it may happen so less in a while but I myself dont force me even. Maybe it is not correct to make poem's line in a language and interprete them to another language ! But ,I do it :) surprisingely the rhythm comes itself to not hurt my emotions and for this I am very appreciative indeed.
