Dear Captain,

How's life going now?

Oh, I think life seems made up of a series of problems. Amongst the problems, some are yours, some are others' which you care about. I am thinking...what if life is smooth without the problems just like your sea without heavy waves...I guess you don't like too peaceful sea.

Politeness in Great Britain

2346913103?profile=original1. It is not always polite to say "bless you" to a sneezing person, especially if he or she is old, because it may be considered that you find the person infirm or sick. The English people don`t like to be considered infirm.

2. It is also not polite to give a place to an old person in the public transport in England because of the same reason - old people don`t want to be considered infirm. They try to stay healthy and as young as possible unlike most old people in Russia who even can shout at

This month we are going to practise giving advice. I want to challenge you to experiment with "personification". This is when you give human qualities or characteristics to something that is not human.

Your Task

1. Choose a "thing" that you want to pretend to be. You are going to write from the perspective of this thing. It can be a living thing, but not a human.

Many things happened ...

Many things happened during a lull in my presence here.  My computer bogged down; internet disconnected; transferred to a new residence; and have to make adjustments to the new neighborhood;  got hospitalized due to over fatigue for so much work in the new house; and new members to my family had been added.

2346912791?profile=originalHave you ever been to any masquerade balls? What is a masquerade ball? Well, we got to Champino Airport (not far from Rome). You can take a city map right in the airport at the info station (you`ll see it and ask how to get to Rome and to your hotel). A small advice for you - I always book my hotels close to underground or famous places. It`s the easy way not to get lost in the unknown place if you don`t want to spend all

Hajj is the greatest Muslim gathering every year. Muslims come from different parts of the world to testify benefits for themselves and mention the name of Allah in appointed days. The virtues and benefits are the reward of Hajj which is Jannah (paradise).  An accepted Hajj destroys all the previous sins, and the person gets back home, like the first day his mother bore him.  What a reward to enter Paradise and gain the satisfaction of Allah.

There are other world benefits. After or
