Why Do We Have To Speak English?

My father once told us a story that was also narrated to him by his paternal grandfather relative to why many individuals in southern Philippines are conversant to the English language, particularly those who were in their pre-school years when the Americans formally colonized the country.

Snooze………  Alarm is ringing; you still want to snooze by pressing right side button of your mobile and sometimes you keep on doing like this and as a result you get late and try to finish your work in a hurry-scurry manner, and then have to think of excuses to tell your boss.  So, “Don’t Procrastinate”.  Waking up early in the morning is a good habit; not only it is good for health but also gives you decent time to do your daily chores satisfactorily before going to office or college.

Last Monday was a special day for teachers in Indonesia. My school Junior High school  state 2 Gunung Talang  West Sumatra  also celebrated this moment. The moment of celebration started  with flag ceremony. The ceremony was done by teachers. It means all doers for the activity  were teachers, such as : leader of ceremony , speech, raising the flag, reading the opening of Indonesian regulation ,praying, etc.

In Indonesia, Next week the teaches will celebrate their days  the Indonesian teachers group association ( PGRI  ) all teachers will be happy and hold the formal ceremony. In celebrating the great day the teachers association have prepared  a lot of programs such as writing article competition, sport competition, visiting the unlucky teachers and also the orphan children and so forth.

It was nearing the end of November when I realized I hadn’t posted a Writing Challenge on MyEC. I grabbed my journal, and started jotting down ideas. Suddenly, the lights went out. An alien appeared in front of me and made just one demand.

Some time in the middle of October this year, I had to travel to Sandakan, Sabah for a business meeting. This was my second visit to Sandakan, but when I visited it the first time, I never had the chance to see the town due to hectic meeting schedule. I found this quote on internet and it seemed pretty much true to me.

        I guess we can easily quit any bad habit or unwanted thing towards which we get attached to in the beginning. Because once if we get used to such unwanted things or habits it could/would be difficult for us to get rid of it. So a wise decision is to quit any unwanted thing in the beginning cause it's always easier.
