Summer has come and it means that the vacation time is going to its top. I decided to make a small vacation rehearsal on the past weekend and I went to Bremen. “Holidays" are meant for rest and recreation. The severe strain put upon the brain of students by having to remain constantly engaged in studies during several months in the year makes it necessary for the brain to have some rest.  This rest is provided by the vacations.

The holidays should, therefore, be utilized in such a manner as to give some rest to the body and mind, for which they are primarily intended.  This does not, however, mean that the days should be whiled away idly in slee

ABLUTION

Ablution (Ritual washing taken before prays):

We always make ablution before prays. To make ablution following acts are done:

1)      Both hands are washed three times up to wrists. The spaces between fingers are also washed.

2)      Mouth is gargled three times and the teeth are brushed with Miswak, toothbrush or rubbed with the index finger of right hand.

 3)      Nose is washed and cleaned from inside with small finger of left hand.

 4)      Face is washed three times from the upper edge o

When you are sad, then don’t show the reaction of your sadness on others rather spent time with others by hiding sadness deep inside the heart. Just try to learn, how to hide the sadness from others, Your sadness can become the reason for someone hurts, so try to avoid showing reaction. Try to hide your sadness and tears from others and don’t show your condition on others and try to live happily in all conditions whether you are happy or sad.

Family systems vary from culture to culture.
