Hi Yoh,
I guess nikuman with red bean paste we here may call dousabao(豆沙包). It's the same that there are quite a lot of kinds of baozi with different ingredients you can find here. Particularly, I like it with ground pork and mushroom inside, which are usually sauced with soy sauce and some seasoings first. Its flavour is similar with xiaolongbao. You may also give xiaolongbao and baozi a try when you have a chance to visit China or Taiwan next time.
Your sandwich is really mouthwatering and makes me want to go to Subway again. ^_^ But I am sure I want it with less cream cheese and mayonnaise. When I was a kid, my grandmother usually bought me this like the picture below. I don't know how to call it in English properly. We call it mahuajuan(麻花捲). It is also made with flour dough and sprinked with sugar or additional white sesame came together after it is fried. The shape of it could be in different shapes, and its taste might be similar with doughnut only the difference between them is that 麻花捲 is hard and crisp but doughut is soft. Even now, I still like it with a cup of black coffee or green tea while watching TV sometimes. Can you also find it there?
Have a fascinating day.

Hi Yoh,
Sometimes, I also can't tell where he or she is from by their appearance especially people from Aisa. It happened when I was in the fair, one person looks like he is from China. However, when I intended to speaking Chinese with him, he spoke English instead, because he is from Japan. The other one who seems from Middle East, but he is from Xinjiang of China. That's quite interesting.
When it comes to jaozi, I have to mention the other dumpling named Xiaolongbao(小籠包). Have you also had it? I love it very much. It is generally steamed in small bamboo baskets. Usually we eat jaozi, it has no soup contained in it, however, Xiaolongbao that is very juicy when you take the first bite. So, we also call it tāngbao (湯包). Then we also dip it in sauce made of soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and shredded ginger. All the ingredients put together are matched perfectly. ^_^
I have tried bagels. Here it is not as popular as other bread you can find in bakeries. Only I have it for my breakfast at McDonald's at times. I like it with blueberry or strawberry jam, but I didn't have it with fennel seeds sprinkled. It must be unique, isn't it?
Good luck!

Hello Yoh,
Plesae check your Inbox again, I've sent the picture one more time. We produce pulls and knobs.
Right. I have to speak English while meeting people from other countries. It's true interesting as well as exciting since I can meet and talk with many foreigners such as Indian, German, South Africa, Japanese and so on. You name it, we probably could meet with. Sometimes I'm hard to distinguish some of their strong accents. In general, it's a nice experience and a good way to practice my English. ^_^
There are quite a lot of products we have labeling with Japanese. The cookie I just ate this afternoon is a good example. You can see 天然栄養入りのばしいクラツかー on it. Usually when the products are labeled with Japanese, that means producers want to give their products a good impression of high quality to consumers by showing that way. Is it interesting? Products from Japan or labeling with some Japanese on products is something a quarantee of quality here.
By the way, do you like jiaozi? Is it the same as below? I had it in Guangzhou during this trip. It contanis meat and fennel, a kind of seasoning. Have you ever had fennal? Its flavor is unusual but tasty. ^_^
Have a great weekend!

Hello Yoh,
The exhibition we took part in is a kind of woodworking machinery and accessories fair. Many buyers and exhibitors are from not only internal provinces of China but also other countries went there for searching potential partnerships. We are in furniture hardware field for cabinet, kitchen and bathroom. You may see a picture of our products in your Inbox. Perhaps some of accessories on your furnitures are made by our company since USA is one of our main markets. ^_^
When we went through an area of the city center of GuangZhou, it looks like you are in central of Hong Kong. The streets are full of tall or modern buildings. And no matter where you go, you can see their infrastructures like roads or MRT systems are being built from day to day. Here you can feel it's a booming region.
As for Taipei 101, I have not been on top of it yet. But I'd like to visit it oneday. The scenery from the building is also amazing. Here is the video for your reference.
Sydney tower? It's nice attraction as well. I also been there once before, however I didn't have digital camera on that time. It's a little pity.
Cupid could only "see" his master enjoying Haagen Dazs, he was not allowed to have it at the same time, so he looks not very happy. ^^
Good day!

If you overwork in Russian commercial companies you can get promoted but it won't help you to get premoted in state companies.
The main flowers which can represent Russia are comomiles, cornflowers and dandelions. I can send you pictures of them if you want =) Also we have many ornamental plants which you can buy at fllowershop.

Hello Yoh,
Long time no see.^_^ I just finished my business trip and came back home from China two days ago. Our company attended an exhibition that was held in Guangzhou city. We didn't have much time to visit many attractions during the fair. Only one of our colleagues in China showed us around the night view along ZhuJiang(珠江).
The skyscraper is called Canton Tower, that is a 610-metre building. You may see the middle part of its shape is like a girl's waist, and its diverse lighting as if it is wearing a colorful clothes dancing at the dark night. Have you also visited any of towers in Japan, USA or other countries?
The cookie we ate at a Cantonese restaurant below. It is make of flour and the special place of this cookie is when you open it, it will become hundred of threadlike flour and then you taste it with some condensed milk together. Todemo-o-i-shii. You won't forget it as long as you try it.
Hope you would satisfy the お土産 of these pictures I prepared. ^_^
Have a nice day.

Hi Yoh!
Today is April Fool's Day. Do you like it? And my sister played a trick on me in this morning, I believed her because she was very realistic. It was an amusing joke. She told me that there was something like a rat or something like this in the bath and it was stirring, so she was afraid to come in the bathroom. Everyone woke up because of her loud cry and I hadn't courage to come in and look at this. Besides she is registered here too, because we are studying together and I saw her among your friends =) (Startseva Natasha).
I like to ski crossing the forest or the park which are situated near my home. In winter many tracks of parks are poured with the water and I like skating there. Once I rode a motorcycle, it was cool but it was dangerous and dust flew into my face and my hair became disordered because I didn't wear a crash helmet. I never played tennis or golf. Golf isn't popular in Russia. But I'd like to play tennis. Tennis court is situated near my house I can see it from my window, but it is opened only in summer.
Your pictures are beautiful and if you have a nice camera you can become a professional photographer or an amateur and your list of hobbies will be replenished =)
I have my classes three times a week in the evening after my work. And I have a full holiday only on Sunday. When do you usually come back home? I heard that in America a working day is the longest day in the world. How many hours does an ordinary working day last in America and in Japan?
Take care,
Yana
