Dear Tara,
I came here to drop my message about welcoming committee but I saw some congratilations. I celebrate your grandmother's new age, I hope you'll be inherited this genes. Please pass my kiss to your sweet grandmother.
Selma,
Hi Tara,
Sorry, the Chinese figure skating pair isn't an Olympic gold medal winner, although they've already been world champion and one of hopefuls to win the Olympic gold medal at the upcoming Winter Olympics. Wish them the best!

Dear Tara! Take my congratulations on your granny's anniversary. May she be with us for long and be happy!
Well, I have two grammar questions and I hope you will be that kind to help me.
1. If a predicate consists of more than 2 words where to place an adverb? I will show what I mean:
I have already been waiting..... or
I have been already waiting....
You see, I have been speaking fluent English since the age of 5. I am sure that I speak it well. But when I teach I want to be absolutely sure.
2. How to use the Future Tenses in the construction "the sooner....., the......."? I mean, if we should use future or present like in other clauses of this type. For example:
The sooner you take the medicine, the better you will feel.
The sooner you start out, the earlier you will get to the place of destination"
Is it right or not? If not, will you be so kind to explain?
