  here wishing you and you famiy the best of Ramadan.
  your pictures are interesting and thankyu for taking the time on explaining, The mosque is wonderful.
  as it s the fasting , are the schools closed for holidays.
  I found it very interesting your last article about the education system in your country,and English as medium of instruction.
  Over here the standard of english in our government schools are not up to standard, as it used to when it was the medium of instruction three and half decades ago.

  salaams . thankyou for your compliment, its encouraging.
  after the advanced level examinations students pursue higher degrees. in government universities,diplomas and degrees in private,institutes through foreign affliated universities.
  there are government technical and training colleges too, to those who could not get into the goverment universities.
  foreign exchange gets wasted when our students go out of the country to pursue higher qualifications as we do not have private universities to cope demand.
  we have many isalmic madrasas islandwide . where students are trained in Arabic, Arabiclanguage,arabic litereture,islamic law,islamic jurispudence. Quranic interpretation and quranic hadiths.finally
  the different mazhabs.
  its a 7/8 year course . students can pursue for higher degrees at our local universities, or go to islamic countries for furthur education.
  coming to me , i am an english trained speech teacher . i train students for examinations local and foreign, which are held in my centre through examination bodies from colombo.

  hello bhaijaan,
  may be you know that our festival have lot of/every month or may be in one month two three festivals comes. But matter is which festival we celebrating.
  
  well i am trying to explain about my home/Hindu festival which are celebrating in home or with all(Hindu And Islam):-
  
  Every 14th January(Makar Sankrati) begining of our festival, After that "Basant Panchami"(For Students), After that "Holi" and after few days latter comes "Ram Naumi". Holi festiaval generally celebrate with all religion. our festival end after march, but april month begins for marriage ceremony times till now July as so on.
  
  Between Holi and Ram Naumi comes an another festival have "Chhat festival". this festival is not celebrating much more people but "chhat festival" celebrating in my home. chhat festival comes two times in one year. much more people celebrating after "Diwali".
  
  "diwali" festival generally comes in October. that time celebrating Islam "Roja" festival. When "Roja" festival completed that day all Muslim share with Us(Hindu) "Sewaya".
  
  Bhaijaan i just trying to share with you about our festival. I know that i have no idea to explain very clearly because i need improve my writing and speaking English. Hope you will forgive my wrong English.
  
  I have decided to join English Institute for learning.
