Good for you..You must have spent quality time with your family. :-)
There's no such holiday here in my country. Most of the people here are Catholic; although there are Buddhists here, still his birthday is not declared as a holiday. But we do respect that day.
I went out with my family today, Sunday, to watch the movie "Shrek"; fun movie! :-)
