All about the taste:

It is really a super food for me and for everyone. It is creamy and easy to find in my country. It is delicious for smoothie.

History:

According to history bananas mostly originated Malaysia around 4,000 years ago. Some other writers says banana came from Jamaica or somewhere in Africa. But if we based on age since 4000 +++ years ago, bananas were mostly found in Asia or Tropic Country.
