Well... my favorites are:

- People: God, my husband, mom and dad, sister, friends, students...

- Places: my home, the beach, clubs, the church...

- Food: rice and beans, steak, french fries and salad...I would say feijoada too (it's a typical Brazilian food)

- Dessert: lemon pie (delicioouuussss)

- Activities: surfing the web, traveling, watching a good movie, going out...

- Drink: fruit juice.

I was so excited to see that an amazing new teacher joined MyEC today. Greta Sandler inspired me from the moment I read a guest blog post she wrote called Love them Before you Know them. Some people are just meant to be teachers and she is one of them. Just look at the quotes on her profile and you will see that she is one of the world's "greats". 2010 has been an amazing year for MyEC! We have welcomed so many new friends and are close to 30, 000 members. Remember when we welcomed Punima? She was the 20 000th member. People from around the world flooded her wall with welcome messages the moment she joined. That was so fun! I know some of the members here are not interested in reading anything from/by non-native English speakers. They're afraid of learning mistakes non-native speakers may make. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Can you hear me? Do you like my voice? Does it sound a little Chinglish? I don't think I've got a nice voice, though. I even hate my voice - many people do. As I concider myself being one of MyEc community, I used to take part in its different parts such as: bloging, reading , commenting, interacting with others through greetings and chatting too. Strong emotional relationships were set and true friendship was born.

I've never imagined that I will be emotionally and concreatly close to My Ec, the way I am now.

For me it was just automatic to open MyEc page to feel the worth amount of enjoyment in being with you all my friends.

The weekend signifies two days of the week, where most people do not work. Generally the week end is Saturday and Sunday, although the days differs in some countries.

What kind of activities do you do on weekends? There are many ways of spending our time usefully on weekends, such as hanging out with family and friends , trying out the special recipe to be shared with your loved ones, reading a novel, writing, travelling or going out on a trip ... etc. There are so many in
