King of my soul

Heart of my heart

I offer you my heart

and be slave of yours

You offered me your world

and picked me among flowers

to be the queen of your heart

The master of your life

I was blessed with you

when you stormed my heart

I was brought to life

When my soul met yours

You made me feel a woman

when you touched my heart

You honored me then

When I became your wife

Life can never be the same

Family is The Greatest Sanctuary

A bond amongst relatives is the greatest sanctuary

None in this world will be able to deny it

Even though there are many kinds of bond, but it remains

different

Like the sweetest chocolate it will feel like

Evoking our emotion and affection from the bottom of heart

Love amongst relatives is the true and real one

It will never be falsified, manipulated, or even juggled

Lies at the bottom of our heart

Yielded without any reduction

Always immanent, abide, and will never be gone

Nothing will be able to extin

Chatting at the moderated room.

Chatters make the bee line  to the room  to relax , enjoy , have  fun and also discuss many topics of interest.....2346127874?profile=original

Of course in any community or group of people they have to interact and see eye to eye...

Many are very happy to relax, and have casual talk which is nice.Imagine non stop of serious topics, it will be so boring. yet one should also  remember why we are here. In that  space of time when we are together online, regular topic of interests  must be discussed which gives a solid feed bac

Writing Challenge #28: Book Love

I'm reading a fantastic book called "The Little Guide to Your Well-Read Life. How to get more books in your life and more life from your books." It is written by Steve Leveen, and I picked it up randomly at the local library. I say randomly, because nobody recommended it and it wasn't on my "to read" list. The title just caught my eye as I was browsing the shelves. If there's one thing I want in life, it is more time to read. I could sit in a bookstore or library for days on end and never get bo

Many people consider that leaving comment on someone else’s blog is not too important because it will waste their time only. They say the most important points are they have already read and got some information from it,  which means there is no need to leave any comment. However, even though a comment seems “tiny”, it possesses a great power they have never known (that's what I believe).

Teacher Tara said,”commenting is equal to blogging”, which means when leaving comment on someone else’s blog,

What is the second conditional?

The second conditional is a structure used for talking about unreal situations in the present or in the future. That is the reason why sometimes it's also called as the present unreal conditional.

We use it to talk about a situation that is not real or is unlikely to occur and the imaginary consequences that follow such an unreal situation.

The structure of a second conditional sentence :-

A second conditional sentence consists of two clauses;

1. an if clause

Photo Challenge#5: A Gift to Yourself

2346110947?profile=originalDo you love and appreciate yourself?

Appreciating ourselves helps us to be focussed with a positive direction. We have to love ourself by giving reward and praise for our each success.

Stan Goldberg Ph. D., Professor from San Francisco University USA concludes in his observation the past twenty five years, the 10 important principles for one to have success! One of the 10 principles is giving reward,  like the celebration of success by treating or giving gift to one self. If it is done correctly

Advice for a student in her/his twenties:

  1.       Do not give up your passion. If you prepare yourself to go to university or are studying in a university already, do not overwhelm yourself only by study materials. Your passion is as important as your study giving you motivation, enjoyment, enthusiasm and happiness. I gave up painting because of my studies.I wish I could have learned it completely. If I had, I would have had my own gallery by now. I would also be happier and more fulfilled in my li

Adopt a Young Learner

2346102459?profile=originalI was so excited to see that an amazing new teacher joined MyEC today. Greta Sandler inspired me from the moment I read a guest blog post she wrote called Love them Before you Know them. Some people are just meant to be teachers and she is one of them. Just look at the quotes on her profile and you will see that she is one of the world's "greats". Her blog About a Teacher is very inspiring. Why? She shares real life stories.

Do you think blogging is difficult? Greta blogs with her young learners

A one-of-a-kind friend of mine

Today, I would like to share with you a story of one of my friends. It’s a bit long that I have to tell you in advance.

Unlike my other young friends, Edward is the oldest friend that I have ever had. Many moons ago I stumbled across him on a website of practicing language. At the first time we chatted online, he told me that he was born in 1924 and also served as a soldier in U.S. Army in Europe for three years during World War II; I was simply astonished by it because WW II which is only read

2346099582?profile=original2010 has been an amazing year for MyEC! We have welcomed so many new friends and are close to 30, 000 members. Remember when we welcomed Punima? She was the 20 000th member. People from around the world flooded her wall with welcome messages the moment she joined. That was so fun! There have been other fun moments in 2010, including photo challenges, Wordless Wednesdays, games, contests, and business chats. We were very sad to see some members go, and very happy to see a few return! I'm so proud

Expector's Concern

Hi Eveyone,

One more question for you: Now that you know I'm not a native English speaker, do you still think Expector's English is good enough to help you learn or improve English?

I know some of the members here are not interested in reading anything from/by non-native English speakers. They're afraid of learning mistakes non-native speakers may make. It's quite reasonable for them to think so or do so. I even suggest reading all the blog posts or comments by native English speakers. I admit t

Expector's Voice

Hi everybody,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Can you hear me? Do you like my voice? Does it sound a little Chinglish? I don't think I've got a nice voice, though. I even hate my voice - many people do. This is the first time I've ever uploaded such a record - I decided it was time for me to make my voice heard the other day. I hope you can follow suit, make your voice heard, and practice spoken English.

Christmas Day isn't a holiday here, so we don't take any days off work or school. But, C
