SILENCE!

SILENCE!
K. Rahman
Silentio Silentio Silentio Silentio Silentio
Silentio Silentio              Silentio Silentio
Silentio Silentio Silentio Silentio Silentio
This is a Spanish poem. Keith Mitchell, our Grammar teacher in Edinburgh, wrote it on the blackboard to make a point in relation to language, grammar and communication. The missing SILENTIO in the middle is the deviation from grammar but it communicates the intention of the poet and allows him to say what he wants to.

Recently, I have saw a program recalled all the life of Michael Jackson. That program lead audience to recall all the life of Michael from ‘The Jackson 5’ period until his death, from a king on top of the world down to be a criminal who be judged in the court, from a youth example was respected for his wonderful charity to become a controversial person who involved into a scandal of crime for indecency with child ( I do totally not believe that accusation).

No body really know how much pressure a

A folktale is often intended to start building up a personality of a kid. The story of Malin Kundang is to teach a child not to hurt his parents let alone to insult them. The following story tells what happened to Malin when he spat on his mother’s face. He wouldn’t admit that the poor woman was his mother, because he was embarrassed to have a mother a poor woman clad in rags.

My grandma told me the story. “In a village hundred years ago”, she began, “lived a very poor family with a son nam

For millions of people, happiness is rather elusive. They've tried to buy happiness. They've tried to force it. They've sought it through pleasurable activities. But nothing has seemed to work for them. Researchers now believe that our brains are hard-wired in ways that, at least to some degree, determine just how happy we're going to be. In short, it's in the genes. At the Laboratory for Affective Neuroscience at the University of Wisconsin, scientists have used advanced imaging technology to p

Las Vegas

I was washing an auction show on TV of people who're in Vegas buying lockers full of staff. The auction only gives five minutes to look at the locker but nothing can be opened or touched. Then the bet starts at $50.00 dollar whoever bets the higher amount will get the locker full of what's inside. Some of the bets will go as high as $2300.00. Most of the time when I go to buy an item, I'll open the item or look for the display. These guys will just buy the locker full of old staff hoping to m

Hi fellows!

Last year I've been looking for resources on the internet because I wanted to make a "flier"  – that small piece of printed paper sharing an event or a jig among citizens and friends – and found the British Museum, although I know some museums I wonder I had out of sight this one. There's a lot of treasures of course, ancient and strange cultures were calling my attention forever. So I went back once, twice,... A day, an exhibition called my attention specially: The History of the wor

chapter 1

It all happened in the night between the greatest decision of my life and the moment I was supposed to make my parents to know about it. Well, not exactly all of it. That night, I had a nightmare. It was the worst nightmare I have ever had. I dreamed I was a Jew. The only nightmare that might have been worse than that one, was the one in which I broke my arm by a bear falling asleep on it. When I woke up, I found my brother sleeping on it. And it really was broken.

Don’t get me wrong, I have noth

Bad moral or good moral?

Have you ever heard about Jack and the Beanstalk?
Here are the points of this story.
-Jack had a cow, named Blossom. He did love her
-Someday his mother asked him to sell his cow, since they didn't have any money for their rent.
-As he was taking the cow to market, the odd old man bought  his cow with magic beans
-After he was at home, his mother got angry with him because of it.
-She strewed the beans over the window
-Next morning, this bean turned into a big beanstalk
blaa...blaa... until Jack stole s

Sailing

I am sailing, I am sailing,
home again 'cross the sea.
I am sailing, stormy waters,
to be near you, to be free.

I am flying, I am flying,
like a bird 'cross the sky.
I am flying, passing high clouds,
to be with you, to be free.

Can you hear me, can you hear me
thro' the dark night, far away,
I am dying, forever trying,
to be with you, who can say.

Can you hear me, can you hear me,
thro' the dark night far away.
I am dying, forever trying,
to be with you, who can say.

We are saili

When I was a child, I had a little dog, and when he became very ill, we killed him. It was for mercy. It was the right thing to do (said my father). What is the right thing to do when people become very ill. Would we have to suffer like animals. Did we treat our dog like an animal?.

I know that, I would like to be treated like my little dog.I am not ill. I am just talking hypothetically.

Did you see someone suffer terribly?

Here, I don't know why, the medical fashion is the brutal sincerity.

recently with the price becoming higher and higher, I always worry about my future, and my best wishes are earning enough money for my aged. today when I took a taxi, I
had a conversation with the female taxi driver. Because I always think that taxi driver is not a suitable position for a woman, I asked her why she took this position. she told me that she came off sentry duty and couldnot find a better job. the thing more surprised me was that she learned to drive just for acting as a taxi driver

my favorite song

Sunshine, rainfall,

entering the earth smoothly and slow

Thanks for your planting and watering,

in the spring wind we grow.

When we older who know

We meet difficulties then and now,

In everyone’s heart there are marks,

Even in dreams we are sorrowful.

We are drowsy every day

Asking and answering things for

A high marks as a willing horse

Losing purity since young

Besieged in a silk pod at all.

Butterfly passing by,

She asks what I worry for.

Wish I could see the grand universe

Beautiful and attractive much more
