As Myanmar (one of the Asia countries) is developing country, there are many growing companies and organizations. Throughout the two decade, they got many experience in employee recruitment and human resource deparment emerge as importanmt issue among them. Now a day, they are trying to improve the capicity of the employees by creating happy working environment. Another fact is that they need to keep experienced emplyoees as other companies and organization want them.
Companies and organizations have been started to create beneficial program for the employees such as leave credit, cash assistance for employee’s disability and loss of life, providing chance to join external training and scholarship, making salary increment and annual award. All employees have equal chance to get these benefits.
Most of the Leaders of such companies and organizations said that he could get more effort from their employees, if they assume that they are safe from accidental errors, can get guarantee for their life and are happy in working environment. Leaders keep their employees showing how they care about their employees. Then, showing sympathy to employees is very popular here now a day. So, most of the Leaders treat their employees like that but some leaders didn’t know whether they should use this idea in their work or not.
Everyone wants to show he/she is a person of great compassion. But we need to think it over again and again. Firstly, we need to consider on nature of our work. Even if above idea is suitable for our work, we should clearly define case by case. And we should tell clearly to our employees which case is acceptable and which case is unacceptable. If we didn’t do like that, employees could request our sympathy in every case and we could get trouble to decide. Moreover, what should we do, if someone make acceptable mistake in every month? So, we need to limit number of occurance by one employee.
I think it is very complex and need to care when you are using this idea. And I really want to know what your opinion on using this idea is? When you are thinking, never forget that every employee gets paid for the works and he/she is responsible for their works.

should a person( as a leader, of course) be tolerable to staffs who have mistakes too much?
My point is that business is business. The reason why do mistakes is important. Leader should consider if they give too much work to his staff so as to he/ she can not afford. Or because they have wrong attitudes to work, they cannot qualify this job, etc.
Finding the origin is the most important work for leader.
Yes, people work and have responsiblity to work without mistakes, at least, keep themselves not always have mistakes. But, leader will be required to engage his/her team more better by training and motivating, not just widen his/her tolerance for keeping employees or lay off employees if they are not satified to leader.
