Hi, glad to know you. I come to you to answer your questions to my post. DE means Deutschland, it's an abbreviation to Deutschland, and often used as a surfix in a URL link to identify a region. And also CN, means China. For example, http://www.bbc.co.uk, the uk means United Kingdom.
