Hi guys ... and gals (not to sound too gender bias... hahahhaa)
It seems you have to bear with me for the next round. I hope I can answer your questions in constructive way. However, I hope you will forgive me if I don't answer your question right away, you know .... because of work and my two naughty cats.
Anyway, as per the rule, you may ask me a YES/NO question.
Lets the ball rolling.
Finally Mishaikh solved it. (As usual). My word is WEATHER. I will try to explain it (especially with regards to the verb, and why I said it bring a good feeling, like the person had accomplished something once time permits. As for now, Mishaikh can continue the game as the host.
By the way, congrats Mishaikh.
Ok .. based from Cambridge dictionary, weather can be a noun and verb.
Noun : the condition in the air above the earth such as wind, rain, or temperature, especially at a particular time over a particular area:
Verb :to deal successfully with a difficult situation or a problem.
Like my hint at No 9, I've said "If it's a verb, it can bring a very good feeling, like the person had accomplished something (A very important clue.)". To be able to deal successfully with a difficult situation or a problem, in my vocabulary it definitely brings a good feeling.
Oxford dictionary also explain 'weather' in a verb as 'withstand (a difficulty or danger)'. An example being used in a sentence "‘this year has tested industry's ability to weather recession’"
I know I'm not a native English speaker, but over here, the verb 'weather' is extensively used to indicate that a person successfully faced a tough and difficult situation which result in a very good feeling.
Hint :-
1. It's not a person.
2. It can be felt or even gauged.
3. It starts with consonant.
4. It doesn't relate to a distance
5. It's not a kind of wind
6. It's not a fever, but somehow, the most common usage of the word is related in a some kind of elements to the temperature
7. It's not climate
8. It's a noun as well as can be a verb (Thanks Onee for remembering to ask this very important and basic question)
9. It can bring different feeling depending on the individual (noun). If it's a verb, it can bring a very good feeling, like the person had accomplished something (A very important clue.)
10. It's a 7 letters word.
Bonus Hint
For the verb of this word, it's often being used in a "past tense" form.

Dear Noas, I hate to say it, but this round is a mass, not to say about your explanations and "hints". As a verb, this word doesn't mean any pleasure.
