  Dear Tara! I am really sorry for disturbing you with the same question. I hope you remember that my students can't join EC because of unknown reasons. You see, at least one of them badly needs communication as he is going to the USA in September. He filled out the application at my place and I checked it out. He did everything correctly but the result is the same, i.e. he is not accepted. He has already applied for a few times with the same negative result. May I ask you to find out the problem? His nick is DeemaL (from Kiev). I'll be very thankful for your assistance.
