Actually, I am confused how to say congratulations to a member who is a new star. I wanted to say the current star for the member who is already star (the, here I learn from your correction on my previous blog). But, for a new star member, maybe I should have said only "on being STAR member" Please enhance my English skill. Which is better and more suitable... English always be my interest. It is maybe also not an important question. lol
