So sorry to hear about your problems with connecting. It can be quite frustrating. I hope you can find resolution. I personally have a love-hate relationship with computers and the technology involved. I was a computer programmer for over 30 years and it was filled with a lot of problem-solving. When it all works it is wonderful. When it doesn't I feel like I am banging my head against the wall. Good luck in overcoming your connection problem.
Sorry to hear about your connection problems expectorsmith. You say you can see your blog post (Native Speakers) but not the comments. I don't know why that would be. Yesterday I could see the blog and the comments, but now I cannot see the blog. Nobody at EC has deleted your blog or comments. Perhaps you have inadvertently changed the privacy settings on it?

Hi expectorsmith,
Thanks for the comments you left on my wall. I appreciate that so much. I'm so happy that you like it.
About the place, it's just because of your avatar. I just guessed because, two years ago a friend showed me a picture with that type of lantern hanging on the windows of each house. Maybe I made a mistake... It's just a guess.
Hi! It's really an honour for me to be your friend expectorsmith.
I was in a hurry when I wrote Guangzhou. I spelled it with an "s". I don't really look at my keyboard when I touched the keys so sometimes my fingers just go anywhere when I'm in a hurry....I'm really sorry about that, teacher... :-)
Greetings expectorsmith! I like your avatar too. If you didn't write that you're from HK, I would really think you're from Guangshou.
Have a nice day, expectorsmith!
Thanks for your comment and suggestions. For now, here's a funny list that will help you rememember so common errors. I think your level of English is high enough to appreciate this humourous list. If you can't figure any of them out let me know.

> "This letter is from my wife." It means the letter is come from the wife and also means the letter is written by the wife.
Yes, you're right.
