Happy Merry Christmas day to everybody.

Hi everyone,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Time flies quickly, doesn't it? We're now at the end of 2012 and it's time for us to make a New Year resolution for 2013. You may say you have never made any of such resolutions, then you're not alone in saying that. In fact, I find it difficult to stick to all the resolutions, too. So, I'd like to use this expression "I wish I could...in 2013."

I wish I could write many more blog posts, say, one post a week in the new year. I did feel like writing

At this time of year we often write wish lists for our loved ones. On my wish list was a coffee bean grinder and a novel by Kate Morton called "The Secret Keeper". I also asked my daughter to learn a song for me (see below). It's from my favourite Christmas movie, "The Polar Express". I'm hoping she'll sing it at our Christmas Eve celebration tomorrow night.

It has been a while since I recorded my last voice blog. How have you been? I hope all is well with you. Yesterday I paid a visit to a high school. Since it is an agricultural and vocational school, you can find extensive land for fieldwork, and pasture for feeding livestock on the campus. My life was as a freelance farm consultant travelling worldwide.  I taught English when and where I could to help local communities.     I retired from farming - though I miss it terribly - and taught English Conversation in the Khon Kaen area of Thailand.   I have recently moved to Chonburi province and hope to teach here privately - too old by Thai government regulations to teach officially !?   I would like to hear from anyone, anywhere about anything.
