We all know that English has become a universal language. You need to learn it, whether you're a student, a professional, or just a visitor to some foreign country. In many countries, you're not even considered "well" educated until and unless you know how to communicate fluently in English.
Since English is such a vital language to succeed in life, it has become very popular with language learners. Every other person you meet would like to speak English well. The very idea of communicating in English fluently excites them. However, most of the learners don't care much about the learning process itself. They take it as a duty, as an obligation - something that they need to, but don't want to do. They don't see any sort of joie de vivre in it. That's why they become easily bored and many times quit learning.
In simple words, they want to speak English but don't like to learn it. This is the biggest problem English learners come across, because a learner who doesn't like to learn English won't learn it well. Therefore, if you want to become a successful learner, you need to like the learning process itself. Don't you?
And for achieving your goal, you need to treat time spent on learning English as a time of enjoyment and relaxation. For that matter, you need to enjoy - reading English sentences and thinking how they are structured, learning new vocabulary everyday, practicing writing as much as possible, practicing the pronunciation of English sounds and words, and listening to English movies, news, and songs.
What you need to understand is that learning English should be your hobby, not duty.
Happy learning...

@Marik,
We all need to agree with the above idea because it's crucial for learning English efficiently. If we don't do that then we would fail to become fluent English speakers.
I'm happy that you found the link useful.
Thanks a lot, Marik, for reading and for commenting on my blog.

@Rajesh,
I'm very glad that you found my post interesting and nice. I know that you're one such person who learns English with great enthusiasm and it's obvious from the fact that you've improved a lot within a short span of time.You, yourself, are a motivation factor for many learners around.:)
Thank you so much for passing by and for your kind words, Rajesh.
@Expector Smith,
I fully agree with you. If one doesn't want to learn a language at all, then there is no need to waste one's time. However, most of the learners actually want to learn English and all they need is a good motivation. If there is/are no motivating factor/factors around, then they eventually become disappointed and as a result quit learning.
I'm so grateful, Expector Smith, that you took time out of your hectic schedule to read my blog and commented on it. Thank you so much.
@Charos,
Thank you so much for your kind words, lovely Charos. You are absolutely correct. Most of the learners want to be fluent English speakers in a blink of an eye. And to be very honest, I also want something similar many of the times. Despite being aware of the fact that no such thing is possible, I wish for that. It especially happens at the times when I feel that I'm no more improving and as a result I become frustrated. I envy many learners here for their excellent command over and want to become like them overnight. And you are one such person.
Thank you so much, my charming friend, for taking your time to read my blog and for commenting.
