I am not a diligent girl. Today i saw no email in my computer. Really bad condition. Now it is still a big problem for me to balance my mood by myself. It usually interupts my daily work and makes me feel low. Hope things could turn better for me. Susan, just be positive, do your best and no regret.
The most important values to live by are:
appreciation,belief in others,caring for others, commitment,compassion,dedication,effort,forgiveness, and friendship.
When our actions and words are alighted with our values life is generally good and we feel content ,confident an satisfied. But when our behaviour doesn't match with our values, we soon begin to sense an uneasiness that begins to swell and grow inside us.
Keep the faith.
