We've already got tens of thousands of members here on MyEC. But it seems we've got only a few active members here. Then what makes an active member or what does an active member look like?

I am not so hardworker, My English is not so good. Before i can't write anything. But when i join EC before last 2 years ago. Whenever i have little bit time then i come here and talking with them any EC Members. Now i feeling that I can write and reading and mostly talking with any member. I am not a diligent girl. Today i saw no email in my computer. Really bad condition. Now it is still a big problem for me to balance my mood by myself. It usually interupts my daily work and makes me feel low. Hope things could turn better for me. Susan, just be positive, do your best and no regret. 

   The most important values to live by are:

appreciation,belief in others,caring for  others, commitment,compassion,dedication,effort,forgiveness, and friendship.

 When our actions  and words are alighted with our values life is generally good and we feel content ,confident an satisfied. But when our behaviour doesn't match with our values, we soon begin to sense an uneasiness that begins  to swell and grow inside us.

Keep the faith.
