The things that give me the pure happiness are : first, to expand my knowledge or experience new things or adventures. Second, my parents and my family. Third, when I see people are kind with each other or help each other or they forgive each other and so on.
The things that make me so sad is to lie a person or not to be straightforward. I never ever forgive a person who lies. This is the cruelest guilt anyone can do.
There are many reasons why a person commit a suicide. In most cases, I found the original roots of all these kinds of problems in childhood memories or in family relationships.
The people that are famous and rich are not happy because the real happiness is not money or reputation. The real happiness is not external. It is internal. You should be happy by your heart and money and fame are fake happiness. The real happiness is to give something to others. That is real happiness and it is eternal. Poeple who did great things by giving something good to others never die. They are always alive. They are eternal.
