Which is worse, failing or never trying?

Well, all of us at some point in the many journeys we go through in our lives, we get to the part where we feel like giving up. Sometimes we give up before we even start to pursue what we want our dream about because we are afraid of making a mistake, or failing, and that's something that's always keeping us from making our dreams come true.

But if we never try, how will we know the outcome? So many people worry about what will happen if th

If I wanted to invite someone to my house I would ask Imam Mahdi to accept my request. Imam Mahdi is one the 14 people who know the wisdom of these two worlds.I would ask all of my friends and my family to participate in this meeting. I would serve Ghormeh Sabzi for launch (a kind of Iranian food made of vegetable and beef) and yoghurt soda as a drink.I would ask him about how many dimension this materialistic world has and if we can return to the past. I would also ask about where is the end of

If I had to invite anyone over for a dinner party, I would invite a hero of our time , Nelson Mandela. Just a brief story about him, Mandela was a fighter instead of bowing down to an unjust system of government, he became a lifelong warrior in the battle to free South Africa. He started out as a leader of an underground political movement against the apertheid regime. Therefore, nothing better than inviting a leader for a dinner party .

Needless to say, a dinner party must be a gastronomic delig

FIFA World Cup - Brazil

Last year's Confederations Cup, a World Cup dry-run, was marred by massive, nationwide protests over perceived misuse of public funds, and many observers had predicted demonstrators would take advantage of the spotlight of the World Cup to air their grievances before an international audience. But so far, World Cup matches have attracted only a scattering of demonstrators, who have consistently been wildly outnumbered by security forces and haven't led to any disruption of matches.

Writing challenge - Dinner guest

It didn't take me so much time to make a decission whom I would love to invite for the dinner. I decided to follow my inner voice, to listen to my heart. Actually, it isn't bad idea to invite some celebrity or character from  a book but since I have one wish, which would be able to make come true, let me dream and enjoy my fictive awesome dinner with my beloved granny.

Unfortunatelly, my granny isn't already here among us, she died four years ago and I miss her so much. I can say she is still in

I notice that a lot of English learners struggle with the verb suggest, so I want to explain how to use it properly.

The verb suggest (to mention or recommend something to think about or something someone should do) is an unusual English verb. It is not used in a sentence the same way that other verbs are.

For example, these sentences are NOT correct:

The company suggested us to take an extra day off.
I hope you suggest us a good hotel.

This is the most common way that English learners try to use

Writing Challenge: Dinner Guest

My 'Dinner guest" is a lady whom I got acquainted on internet.  I happened to travel to USA so I got the chance and invited her on dinner while I was in transit.

So here is my DINNER GUEST

Dé.jà vu

I was waiting for her in the hotel lobby, where I had to have a short stay as a transit passenger.  I did not give her the time, but I e-mailed only the name of the hotel in which the airline was going to provide me the lodging. I had nothing to do specifically there in the hotel, so I came down to the

At first I thought about that who could be the one whom I want to invite at dinner. I'm not miser person but I think if you invite someone at your home for dinner. You should cook something at home otherwise you can take him/her to a restaurant.

There is no one who ever impressed me, that's another fact that I love watching Shakira's dance, but never ever thought to spend or share time with her.

I love spending time with people with whom I can feel comfortable and enjoy my time by sharing ideas a

Life has gone by in describing your name,
Yet, the heart of mine is still full of shame
I am badly entangled in devil's hand
Please save me, my Lord! from devil's game.

He always tries to derail my life's train
The goal I have makes hard for me to gain
He applies all his tricks to make me insane
Please pull me out, my God! from devil's chain.

My Lord! I have very sensitive feeling
I don't know the tricky way of living
People enjoy playing with my feeling
Please hold me, my Lord! I am falling

Eating Natto in Japan

Have you ever heard of natto or maybe even eaten some natto?

This is a fermented bean dish eaten in Japan and the "A" makes the sound of "A" in father or the "O" in not. So, what is so special about natto?

2346843520?profile=originalThe first thing you might notice with natto is that it is very sticky and the beans are covered with something like glue.  Another thing you may notice is the smell. Some people think of dirty socks when they smell natto. My natto didn't smell that bad, but when I removed the plastic cover my fi

Pyramid

It was a cool evening. I was once again standing before the Pyramids, where I first met her.  I didn't know whether it was a dream or live reality.  My eyes were looking for her with all the desires in them a life can have. A strange fragrance tickled my nostrils; there she was coming, moving in a slow motion, or rather floating.  Her pink rose dress was flapping with the rhythm of wind.  I stretched my arms, though she was still far away, but very next moment her warm body was in my arms.  I c
