Who you prefer working with? Female or Male boss? Why
I had worked under both but I was more comfortable with Female boss as she was pretty good at delegating work under the team. She had never interfered until & unless there was a major problem. Moreover she was good at giving rating.
Positives & Negatives –Patience, Supportive & Multitasking but poor at Experience & Knowledge Sharing

Last year, I worked as Executive Assistant with Mr. Thomas. Mr. Thomas Edem Soro is a famous business entrepreneur, having a business worth Rs. 1500 crores. I would say that it is not good for husband and wife to be in the same profession. Let us take an example of IT people.
