The head of the medicine recommended me that I go more examinations. So, he suggested that I eat nothing tomorrow morning. Along with it, he advised that I  drink adequate water before midnight. Hi Carol,

I'm not sure if this is bad news or good news. This morning I went to see a doctor and it turned out there was nothing seriously wrong with my health - I caught a cold. The doctor suggested I get some rest, take some medication, and drink more water.  So, it seems to be neccessary that I take one or two days off. Thankfully, I'm feeling better now. I've learned my lesson, though  - it's vital that I keep working out or keep fit, especially when I'm study
