Do you believe in your love?

I want to share some of my life story. When I was on university age, I did not believe in man 's love. I always had doubts about what man said.About 10 years ago, in my French class, there was a young man flirting me; who I also had the felling. One day he sent me a massage in french "je veux a toi". This was a wrong sentence but I still understood the meaning. Then I replied him: "Do you mean 'Je me pense' ?". It means 'I think about you'. I felt very happy, my heart jumped. He asked me if I wan

One day, a plumber was trying to buy some plums. The plumber was not good at bargaining, much less a veteran bargainer. He couldn't believe his ears when he knew the price of the plums. "How could the plums be so expensive?" he shaked his head. He fished some bills out of his vest, though he thought it was an irrational price. He thought to himself on his way home, "I do have a nice vest on, but that doesn't mean I'm a vet (a veterinarian or a veteran). If I had the veto power, I would veto any

GREETINGS AROUND THE WORLD!

Few days ago I read an article about worldwide greetings traditions and I found some of them very interesting for being so different from my culture.

In my country (Spain) we usually give two kisses, or we shake hands whether you're in a very formal situation or it's the first time you meet that person.
While there are countries where people love to kiss (in the Netherlands they give 3 kisses on the cheeks and in France, depending on the region, you can get from 2 to 5 kisses on the chee

Cute Story!!

"There was a girl playing in the park when she saw a picture in the bush. She kept the photo, but forgot about it until she was married. Her husband asked, who is that little boy in her wallet. She answered: " My first love". Then the husband smiled and said: " I lost this picture when I was nine years old".

I Wanna Rule My World !!!

I Wanna Rule My World !!!

Day after day, I yearn for a man.

Long have I been waiting.

Dreadfully lonely, I feel.

Tossing and turning, at night, I long for romance.

Year after year, I dread Valentine’s Day.

I wonder when I will find my man.

Hard I work.

I long for someone to share my dream.

Searching and searching, I looked for substitutes.

Great I felt.

But, I was always left in the dark feeling lonely.

No, no, that’s not love.

Love should be fulfilling.

I still believe in fairy-tales.

Life and love should

'Mum's love and little lies'

When I sit in my home and think about my mum, she is a wonderful mum, one in a million. But does mothers lie? Hmm they do some times is in it? Its turned to',for good cause'.

When I was little Mum told me, 'eat this vegetables you will get a long hair up to your knee'. Its turned to a lie! We lived in a remote part of our country, near the forest. Mum told me 'there is a monster living in that forest don't go near it,as soon as School finished don't hanging around get home soon'. I never get the

In the stillness of the dawn I found myself at the site of my childhood home, a sight so soothing and hauntingly hopeful. Soft pink summer rays of the sun seeping through the lace curtains nods an assent at my arrival as I make my ascent to a flight of stairs that seemed like an endless carousel ride. I opened the door to my old bedroom and with bated breath I stepped inside, baited by the fond memories of my sojourn there. Recollections of youth allude to secret fantasies a young heart could no

Oh, what I'd give to be a child.

I've forgotten the joys of seeing the world for the first time, the excitement of realizing that there's more to be explored than just the backyard.

I've lost the feeling of total self-confidence, I've lost the ability to think, "I'm going to walk on the moon someday," and really, truly believe it .

I miss the happiness that naivety brings, the wholesome trust and compassion towards everyone you meet .

I long for a clean soul and the inability to be dishonest, for

'Sharing is Caring'

It was winter. The past few weeks I can see a homeless man sitting near the Bus station, covering him with a blanket, holding a McDonald cup in his hands. His face is pale and painful. He never asks people any thing.  Every day I make sure take a pound coin before I get down from the bus and give it to him. He always says, 'Thank you' with a lovely smile!. Days going by I can see him getting weaker and tired. Its getting very cold. I don't know his name or where he is from and how he got here. Bu

A poem

Be with the one who makes you happy,
The one who makes you smile,
The one who makes you laugh,
And each day worth while,
Live life for the moment,
Try hard to make it last,

Because life is so short and hard,
It goes by so fast,
So when you find love,
Don`t let it slip away,
Hold it forever,
And Cherish it each day,
As long as You are happy,
That`s what you should do,
Love that someone and let them know,
Before your life is through..............

She had always been sceptic about his love since the very first day she declared to him that she loved him, and when he searched his heart, he found that it was too strange that it had already got septic by the bacteria of love.  He knew that the path of love was tortuous and it’s always been a torturous, but it was still titillating and titivating for him to become the glint of her eye. But one day he felt falling from the top storey of his building when she sent him message that she does not l

Yes, it's high time we had another writing challenge. Let's talk about words that look or sound alike.

I just read a news report about the typhoon Soudelor, and it said there was a power outage in a city battered by the typhoon. The word 'outage' instantly made me remember another word 'outrage' - I may have confused 'outage' with 'outrage'.

In fact, there are so many words that look or sound alike or 'confusing words' in English. How about 'desert vs dessert', 'gateway vs getaway', 'fussy vs fu

Nowadays, we have bigger houses and smaller families,More comforts but less time,More degrees but less common sense,More knowledge but less judgement. We have more experts and more problems, more medicines and less health,We waste money extremely, laugh not too much and drive too fast,We get angry so easily, read very little, watch too much T.V. Whatsapp or internet, yet we don't reflect on.We have greatly increased our possessions, although reduced our values,We speak too much, love so few and l

For The Sake Of Knowledge.

Who is Sunni Muslim?
The Muslim who follows Sunnah.

What is sunnah?
The teaching and actions or examples of Muhammad, Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him). Personally, I don't like to label myself as Sunni Muslim as there is no such word "Sunni Muslim" in Quran and Hadith.

The Sunni Muslim believe that Muhammad, Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him) didn't nominate a successor before his departure from the world. Hence, the most of his prominent companions (may Allah be pleased with them) gathered
