Indonesia only have 2 season , dry season and rainy season. And now in my city the weather is good . The lovely weather i loved most . I wake at 05.00 am everyday . So I have time for jogging at morning, i love to take my son play at yard after i home. At 07.00 am , i wake him and let him play bicycle at yard. After that we take a bath then have breakfast.

The ideal snack before bedtimes is about 200 calories and is a combination of carbohydrate plus a bit of protein.
