Mcmillan Dictionary defines it here. So, we should remember to use this phrase if we want to think about something is surprising and unusual.

I am really happy I got unique opportunity to destroy oooppsss to describe personality of my friend, whom I have known for half a year and even though it seems like short time period, I can say I know him quite good (don't forget, guys Luci is great psychologist :D).
