Dear friends,

Once I ran into a nice statement and it went deep into my heart and touched it. I stopped for a while and thought. It is typical of me to overthink when I find a reason for thinking. After that, I find it a good opportunity to put the pen to the paper or my fingers to the keyboard and let my thoughts flow on a piece of paper or the computer screen. 关于内容

一般一个老师会产出两种内容。

专业内容PGC

为了制作专业内容，老师需要通过寻找素材，写脚本，录课，检查课件英语地道性，最后还要美化课件这些步骤来完成一节课的内容制作。

找素材→写脚本→录课→课件检查→课件美化

一共5个步骤缺一不可，但仔细看看，只有写脚本和录课是真正需要达到专业级别的老师需要做的事情。

非专业内容UGC

可能是老师每天一时兴起想起来的关于英语的一些有趣的东西，但是并没有时间把它加工成PGC的内容。也可能是老师对于一个英语兴趣领域的探索，同样没有时间或者精力或者预算将之加工成PGC。通常老师会把这些东西随意po在微博或者其他能够和学生互动的平台上面招生，但是一般情况下，这些行为并不能给老师带来额外的收入。

这更是一件不是很讨好的事情。
