What a great challenge ! I don't know who organized it but i am very happy to be part of it as it gives me the opportunity to talk about my passion for travels which goes, so well, along with photography.

Here is my "top ten" list of places where i have never been and that i would like to see before i die.

Those places make me dream and my love for them comes, often, from books i read when i was a kid, documentaries i saw on television, or people i met from those countries.

So, here there are :

On every Sunday afternoon, I go to an English club in Hanoi in which I live. Its name is HYEC which stands for Hanoi Youth English Club. How people often address its name, however, is quite unique. That is, they say "hai ếch" which is composed of two Vietnamese words. "Hai ếch" means "two frogs". How can they say that?

First of all, look at HY in HYEC. Because HY is somewhat similar to HI. How English word "Hi" is pronounced is very much similar to how Vietnamese word "hai" is pronounced. Yet, th

Memory Day in Ukraine

Today is Memory Day in Ukraine. It is the beginning of the next week after Easter. On this day people should visit cemetries and take care of the graves of their relatives and friends. As for me, it is very strange. Such impression that we should remember those who passed away on this day only! But there is one tradition that I can't accept at all. It is to eat and drink vodka at the cemetry. Why should I eat among the graves?! As for me it is some kind of barbarism! Besides, it is a must to fil

Hello everyone. There are some days when you feel like frustated and wanna give up. And this situation is quite normal. Some days are happy some others sad. However, you cannot focus on the problems and wait someone or something to figure them out.

This week has been terrible for me cuz I have a lot of things to do. I'm a teacher of English and I had to check exams, prepare classes and go to courses for improving my English and my methodology. I'm happy but at the same time I'm fed up for all the

This is not a complete list but will help you enjoy watching The Masters in English. Have a great weekend everyone!

Stroke each hit, or attempted hit of the ball is considered a stroke. Your total score for each hole is determined by the amount of "strokes" one takes from the first attempt of hitting the ball in the "tee box" to finishing by getting the ball in the "hole" of the intended played "hole".

Par the score determined by the golf course as an "even" score for that hole played.

Golf Guy: Now we will work on having you stand in a relaxed "athletic position".
Student: Relaxed "athletic position"? I do not understand.
Golf Guy: Have you snowboarded or surfed before?
Student: I tried to snowboard in Canada last year. I fell down lots but it was really, really fun.
Golf Guy: Snowboarding is lots of fun. To stand properly on a snowboard your body needs to be relaxed and your body weight needs to be centered over the board.
Student: Yeah... I realized that the more relaxed I was,

I have a dream

I almost spent half a year in finding my dream and my goal.In other words,I wasted a lot of time at last semester. When I entered college, my life was up to me. I have a lot of spare time, but I did not know what to do.I felt lost at that time. There were so many possibilities and path in life, the hard part was knowing which path to follow.I really was not certain where I would utimately go in life and what I would do with the years ahead of me.Though I had many friends,I felt lonely.
But now,I

Three months ago I’ve been diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic (it’s not so serious but can be controlled on diet), and my special private dietitian has checked & suggested that I should neither skip any meals nor have a big portion (as I used to skip breakfast meal), but I should regularly have a normal portion without skipping and I should also regularly eat a small portion of fruit/s between meals if I feel hungry. I have recently lost weight from 79kgs to 76 kgs within 2 months as I’ve tried to t

Here's my top ten tips on writing blogs (just for anyone who may want to write a good blog):

1. Make sure you really know why you want to write a blog. You may just aim to share your idea, thought, opinion, feelings and so on. Or, you're trying to introduce something (a special holiday, festival, food, etc) to us.

2. Choose a proper topic. A proper topic is something you're familiar with, that you think is fun, decent or not offensive. Avoid topics you are unable to cope with or control.

3. Make yo

As per Teacher Tara's recommendation, who has encouraged me to move this writing of mine from the ‘comment’ to my Blog Post. As I wrote especially for the person who made her interest on her blog post for everyone in MyEC, so here it is as below;

Firstly, I would like to tell you all, that I have earnestly & truly confronted some dilemmas myself due to having improved my English much lesser than what I expected and something like staying in the very same level for a long time without any future i

haha, I am not ok now. I have a fully free day to learn, but i use all the morning time to sleep, 2 hours to tell jokes with my cousin, and now I dont want to learn anything. In fact I am worring.

Next Saturday, I have an interview with a company because I decided to take part in 2010 work and travel in US program. I have never had an interview like that before. So I dont know what they will ask me, what I should prepare for it.

My result from last final exam is not good because I was lazy at tha
