Dear S...,

Really, I am  too happy today to get your letter in this morning. Thanks for writing and to break the silence! Yes, I have not been writing you for a long time. But, of course, there must be some reasons.

First of all, My mother is very sick. She has been suffering from diabetic related various problems. Doctors keep saying to admit her into a hospital but I just can't make the decision yet.

Moreover, I have been trying to complete my M.Phil course. Sometimes which seems impossible. But,

Hello, everyone. I wonder that no one mentioned this special day in blogs :( So let me do it for you.

Today is a special day for many people on this planet - today is a Victory day and a day when the Nazi were destroyed and the Great Patriotic war as a part of the Second world war was over. Also it's an Anniversary here -  70 years have passed after that day.

Many people were killed, many villages were burnt, many children were tortured and many cities were destroyed forever. But on this day I wa

Discussing about certain topics will help enhance one's presentation skills and the ability to weave stories. It will help us improve our speaking vocabulary as well as usages & sentence structures.

However, preparing to talk about different topics is something most of us hate to do. What then is the way out?

How about watching small video clips and discussing those? Wouldn't it be quite easy to watch a comedy/tragedy/tragicomedy video on YouTube and then try to describe and analyze it? This is an

Writing Challenge: Mothers

To become a mom is the best feeling ever. Nine months of suffering were worth it! The morning sickness, pain in the womb, dizzy feeling, mood swing, peeing at night at least twice, heartburn, feeling like big elephant, whose movement is at the end of the pregnancy kind of weird etc. are the things that can hardly make me say:

"Ohhhhhh yeahhh, I enjoyed my pregnancy!" Sincerely, my dear friends, I didn't apart from feeling moves of my baby, which gave me energy.

However,  after process of torturin

DREAM

what's to say, One dream it was very precious for me but i lost it gradually. Unexpectedly somebody came to remember me. After 15 years it again came to my heart like a wind, i closed my eyes and forgot myself for a little time. I wear smile in lips because that cold wind touched my face. After some time i opened eyes because of unknown pain. Shiny sun burned my face and i was sweaty. There was no wind and i couldn't see anyone that i know very well. Again i was dreaming......

Intro

Well, hi!

Something has happened in my office since last week and now I'm being pushed to practice English again. Last time I got an English course is when I was in middle school. Wow. Time flies. Now I'm here, sitting, trying to write in English properly in some random forum I found online.

But turns out this random forum is great! I'd done some quiz and it's addicting. Thought you guys are so cool! Having this website since 1997? Ohmai, I was 9 years old in 1997. I wondered if internet already a

Don’t Waste Your Opportunity

For most of us, our biggest sin is taking things for granted.I’m as guilty as anyone else: I wake up and rush into online work or reading, forgetting to appreciate what a miracle this new day is. I’m alive! I’ve been given another amazing day, full of opportunities, and that is truly breath-taking.I’m human, with a body and a conscious mind … and what an opportunity that is! We take this for granted, but if someone came up to you and said, “Hey, I can give you the power to make 10 people’s lives

Writing Challenge: Mother

" Mother" means a lot to most of the people around the globe. I am also in that group. Though, I am not sure whether I would be able to write down something on this topic or not. Because, there is every reason to be emotional!

Okay, It would be fine, If I try to figure out how my Amma helped me to be a big girl. In true sense, she was very strict and forthright. She used to scold me as well as love me. But, she was not like me!

Yes, she was not like me. She was a brave mother. She did her best to

My previous laptop is dell. I have some problem with the battery, bluescreen and auto shuddown so I won’t be using that brand.

They came back again!

When my kids were young the swallows  built a nest up on the wall of the balcony. Each year used to  come and give birth to their babies, feed them and then were setting off the  nearby marshes to find mosquitoes and other insects.

After two or three years I don't remember exactly another family of swallows built another nest next to the old one.

We were so happy to see them every year coming and leaving  for warm places again.

Someday I noticed a hole in the second nest and I realised that anoth

We are other for others

What if grass is greener on the other side,Because it's always raining there,Where the ones who never fail to give,Hardly have enough to spare,Where the people with the broadest smiles,Have pillows filled with tears,And the bravest ones you've ever known,Are crippled by their fears,It's filled with lonely people,But they're never seen alone,Where those that lack real shelter,Make you feel the most at home,Maybe their grass looks greener,Because they've painted on its hue,Just remember from the o

For this month's Writing Challenge. Dedicated to my lil' neighbour KF, born a few hours ago to a lovely new mother and good friend.

Advice for a Brand New Mother

Congratulations! Your baby has finally arrived. Here is some advice for you on your first Mother's Day!

Hang Out with Your Baby

Your baby is now your first priority in life. Don't be afraid to spend too much time with your baby. The more time you spend with her now, the more independent she will be in the future. You should never feel gui
