介绍更多对英语学习有需求的人来到萌享。
介绍擅长教学的老师们来到萌享，因为这里我们提供一条龙服务，可以和你介绍的老师合作进行专业课程制作。
你也可以通过在萌享的英语学习，和自己的努力，蜕变成专业的老师，和萌享合作制作专业的课程，获取更多的关注和回报。
首先我们从帮助老师解决问题的角度谈起。
身为老师，无论online，还是offline，最关心的就是这两个问题。

有受欢迎的课程内容和足够的学生，才意味着老师的价值能够被肯定，老师也可以通过这样的方式去发家致富。
那我们来分析一下，老师需要什么样的努力来要做到以上两点。
关于内容
一般一个老师会产出两种内容。
专业内容PGC
为了制作专业内容，老师需要通过寻找素材，写脚本，录课，检查课件英语地道性，最后还要美化课件这些步骤来完成一节课的内容制作。
找素材→写脚本→录课→课件检查→课件美化
一共5个步骤缺一不可，但仔细看看，只有写脚本和录课是真正需要达到专业级别的老师需要做的事情。
非专业内容UGC
可能是老师每天一时兴起想起来的关于英语的一些有趣的东西，但是并没有时间把它加工成PGC的内容。也可能是老师对于一个英语兴趣领域的探索，同样没有时间或者精力或者预算将之加工成PGC。通常老师会把这些东西随意po在微博或者其他能够和学生互动的平台上面招生，但是一般情况下，这些行为并不能给老师带来额外的收入。
关于招生
这更是一件不是很讨好的事情。

Personally, I can't stand cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. The smell of it all! Now imagine a family where a parent or both are smokers. Hooray! You might say, "So what? The kids can fight the urge for smoking." I dunno, maybe you're right. But do they even stand a chance?
