In connection of blog series under title as cited above, I have written its last part for the interest of readers.
On 21 August, 1945, elections to the central and provincial legislatures were announced, which would resolve the crystal-clear issue of Pakistan versus united Hindustan. The elections were held in two stages. In December, 1945 the Central legislative Assembly was elected. The Muslim League won 86.6% of the total Muslim votes and provincial elections were held on 22 February,
