My friends! I have decided to post a series of blogs dedicated to the phrasal verbs. You see, most of the phrasal verbs are not idioms at all, they are just combinations of a verb and an appropriate preposition. Today I will tell you about the phrasal verbs with OFF and UP. First of all, you should realize what these prepositions mean.
OFF means that we separate/remove a part of some solid object or disconnect something like wires. For example:
She broke off a bit of a chocolate bar.
The worker cut off the old branches of the tree.
I was cut off talking to him (there was disconnection).
UP has two different uses:
1. The action is directed upwards.
I looked up at the ceiling.
She came up to the second floor.
2. The action is completed. We can't go on doing the same.
I was hungry and ate up everything on the plate.
She didn't want anyone to read the note and tore it up.
And now, I'd like to ask you to compose either your sentences or a very short stories using your phrasal verbs with OFF and UP. I hope, the idea and your task are clear.

Dear Shoba! I am sorry for such miserable typing yesterday! My keyboard was dying. But I hope, you have got my idea. TO LIVE OFF means to live at someone's expenses, in other words, to be provided with money by someone else. So, you used it correctly. "Was feeling miserable" is correct, but I was sure you meant she decided not to feel miserable any longer as she took divorce. To END UP means to lead to something, for example: "If you behave in such a way it may end up badly"

I googled for phrasal verbs with "off" and came across "living off". I used it in my story to mean that Off depended on his wife for money.
As for ending up, I understand that it doesn't sound right. But I wanted to say, "Up got fed up with her husband and was feeling miserable." Is it correct to say like that, Teacher Danny?

At first, she kept her chin up and tried to put up with her lazy husband. As days went by, she got fed up with him, and stopped being miserable (TO end up does't soung good here). Finally, she broke up their marriage.
When people heard their story, they said that Off was different and Up was different. Indeed off and up are different and have different meanings.

Dear Serene! I saw your first comment yesterday. I didn't just have enough time to correct it. So, here it is:
1) He broke off in full swing of their relation just for no reason. After a few months, he wanted to continue the relationship again. But this time the lady refused because she suffered the unlimited pain while communication was broken off/stopped and she got the way to move herself, so she __cast off the memories __. He was pulled up not by her friends but by the natives ( maybe, you mean relatives) for his betrayal attitude. Hope he will not be trying to rise anyone up in hopes that her story, too, will falls apart like me. (You should explain what you mean. Your idea is not clear at all)
2) The hungry thief entered __ a poor man’s house in the dark and got off with the foods.
3) Do you want to see the fog? Then hurry up, dear, because __ the fog will clear away after the sun rise.
4)I sometimes want_ to cut off from the crowded cities __ because this noise draws my attention away.
5) The terrorist attacked in Gulshan and before killing 20 people_ he blew up several bombs to create the scary atmosphere.
6) Arif took up a pen and completed___ nine blog_ writing about his motherland. Hats off before him for a great work!
7)My younger sister is a very jovial person __ but I noticed that very often she failed in holding up his spirits to the last.
8)I will go to my village to enjoy my Eid vacation. To avoid the hassle I picked up some tickets for my family.
