Thank you so much for sharing this lovely video, I enjoyed watching it and seeing how artfully and skillfully the dumplings are made. Though, I realized it is not any easy work, it must be time consuming.
What was surprising to know is, that they are made of dough and not pasta. Actually one can be quite creative and freely choose what to fill them with, I think.
Grace, there are many Chinese restaurants here, we have a very rich multicultural atmosphere also what concerns food ッ
Your dinner looks very healthy and nutritious, and also I have to say, I like the idea of something fast and easy going and at the same time healthy.
Kimchi is very healthy and popular eating around the world, though I have never tasted it, yet. I heard about dumplings, and I have always been curious about what are they made of and what is inside them, it is pasta?
I know a lot of food at your place, Grace, is based on healthy diet, because the basic ingredients oftentimes are very nutritious and low on calories.
Bon Appetit - Thank you very much for sharing your dinner, I like it ッ
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences, here I thought you were a true food enthusiast, and you just loved not missing any culinary opportunity ッ
Actually sometimes I also do that, but my reasons are pure based on laziness, sometimes I just eat oatmeal.
You are welcome, Mr. Dara, thank you so much your nice comment ッ
Eva, thanks for the introduction. The salmon wearing golden color looks very yum! Organic food is also trendy here, only you have to buy these from certain supermarkets or shops. Here it is my easy dinner, dumplings with some kimchi and kale. Usually I am lazy to cook on weekdays so frozen dumpling is the best choice. I can simply boil water, putting some for 5~6 minutes and then they can go into my stomach. :D
