    No soulmate! it is hungriness language, it means he starts by worning then increases the voice then starts shouting and if we don't give him food it is the neighbours who are going to shout: ouuuuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa stoooooooooooooop him!!!!!
